Leisa M. Maddox, 61, passed away Monday, March 1, 2021.  She was born in Hartford City on March 12, 1959 to Ronald and Yvonne (Andre’) Farling.

Leisa graduated from Blackford High School in 1977. She moved from Hartford City to Carmel, IN in 1999 and received an associate degree from the Chefs Academy in Indianapolis, IN.  In 2014 she moved to Kansas City, MO to be closer to her daughter, Sarah, and her family.

She will be sadly missed by her daughter, Sarah (husband Ryan) Grampp; grandchildren, Kayla Hartley, Kyran Williams, Kelsey Grampp and Eli Grampp; her mother, Yvonne Farling; brothers and sisters, Stephen (Tammy) Farling, Susan (Bob) Land, Mark (Ann) Farling, Brigit (Tim) Green and brother-in-law, Mark Phillips.  She also will be missed by several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Ronald Farling, daughter, Sadie Randolph, brother, Michael Farling, and sister, Linda Phillips.

Private services will be held for the family with interment at Hartford City Cemetery.
