Dallas Opal Leanne Shumate passed away with her parents by her side, on Thursday, June 22, 2017 at IU Health Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis.
Dallas was born that afternoon on June 22 to Freddie Jr. and Frankie Shumate.
She is survived by her loving parents; her brothers: Shane Shumate (Yelana), Freddy Shumate III, Jared SHumate, Jordan Hiatt, Ozzie Hiatt, and Hunter Hiatt; her sisters: Harmony Shumate, Veronica Phifer, and Jaden Hiatt; grandparents: Fred Shumate Sr. (Joyce), and Harry West (Mary), great-grandmother, Doris Smith, as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Services for Dallas were held privately at the First Church of the Nazarene in Montpelier, Indiana.
