Cheryl E. Hall, 70, died on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at Marion General Hospital after an extended illness.

Cheryl was born on October 5, 1951 to George and Ethel (Cline) Kellogg. She graduated from Blackford High School and most recently worked for Bluffton Rubber Company.

She enjoyed knitting, sewing and crocheting but most of all she loved baby-sitting her grandchildren.

Cheryl is survived by her son, Joshua Hall and his wife Kathy; her grandchildren: Jacob Winters and Eli Hall; niece, Erica Ussery (Craig) and sister-in-law, Tammy Kellogg.

In addition to her parents, Cheryl was preceded in death by her brother, Eldon Kellogg.

Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Monday, December 20, 2021 at Waters Funeral Home, 501 W Washington St., Hartford City with Pastor Kevin Lex officiating.

Visitation for family and friends will begin at 5:30 p.m. Monday, prior to services.

Memorials may be directed to Waters Funeral Home to offset funeral expenses.
