Carmen Fear

Carmen Neeley Fear, age 1, of Hartford City, died unexpectedly on May 5, 2021 at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie.

Carmen was born along with her twin sister, Annabelle Grace on January 7, 2020 in Muncie, Indiana to Charles Justin and Shannon (Richardson) Fear.

She is survived by her parents, Justin and Shannon Fear; a brother, Charlie Fear; paternal grandmother, Susan Fear, maternal grandmother , Cecelia Richardson, great-grandmother, Velma Messersmith; aunt, Lisa Fear and great aunt, Freda Wyatt.

Carmen was preceded in death by her twin sister, Annabelle on January 7, 2020; her maternal grandfather, Mike Richardson and paternal grandfather, Charles “Bud” Fear.

A gathering of family and friends will be held from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. on May 22nd, 2021 at Carmen’s grandmother’s house, 147 E. 200 S. in Hartford City.
