Aletha A. Welsh, 100, passed away Wednesday, October 9, 2013 in Miller’s Merry Manor.
She was a former member of the Hartford City Lady Elks and the Women of the Moose.
The Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, October 11 in Waters Funeral Home, 501 W. Washington St., Hartford City with Pastor Henry Favorite officiating. Burial will follow in Hartford City Cemetery.
