Vikki J. Wise, 67, passed away Saturday, November 8, 2014 in I. U. Health Ball Memorial Hospital, Muncie. Vikki married Ricky G. Wise on March 5, 1966 in the First Christian Church of Hartford City. Survivors include her husband, Ricky, three daughters, Ricci Zigler, Tempe, Arizona, Gina Wise, Rockford, Illinois and Lisa D. Brennan (Shane Parsons), Hartford City, and four grandchildren, Andrew and Charles Zigler, Daniel Brennan and Quinn Parsons. A memorial gathering will be Friday, November 14, 2014 from 2 – 5 p.m. at the Blackford 4-H Building.
