Patricia E. Cope

March 2, 1947 – November 7, 2021

Patricia Elaine "Pat" Cope, 74, died Sunday afternoon, Nov. 7th at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital, Muncie.

She was born in Hartford City, the daughter of Eugene Coleman and Martha (Peck) Ellison.

Pat had worked for Cutting, Inc., T.W.O., Inc., in which her husband co-founded.  She had also worked for Davis Floral Co., in Hartford City many years.  Additionally, Pat had her own private housekeeping business, cleaning homes for several local families.  In recent years, she had worked at Casey's General Store.

She is survived by her daughter, Denise Seats of Muncie; Grandchildren:  Cory and Cody Seats; Fallon and Landon Price and Mariah Polen. One brother, Douglas "Duke" Ellison; cousin Vicki Landis; brother-in-law, Doug Cope (Judy) along with nieces, nephews, great-nieces & great-nephews.

In addition to her parents preceding her in death, her husband of thirty-five years, Jon Mark Cope, died this past Dec. 2, 2020.  She also is preceded by her daughter, Heidi Price, a granddaughter, Victoria Seats and two brothers:  Michael Coleman and Reginald Ellison.

Cremation has been held. Her family will hold services privately.
