Jane Ann Murrell, 65, went to be with her Lord and Savior November 19, 2017 at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, Mishawaka.

She was born in Blackford County on February 9, 1952 to F. Brooks and Edna (McDonald) Morris. Jane lived in Ohio many years and graduated from high school in Lebanon, Ohio. She moved to Hartford City and raised her sons here.

Jane was employed in industrial manufacturing and dealt with quality assurance.

She was a member of the Second Wind Support Group for lung transplant patients, liked animals, enjoyed watching Fox News and attended church at the Vineyard in Mishawaka.

Her family includes two sons, David (Kim) Murrell, Sr. and Jason Murrell, a grandson, David Murrell, Jr., all of Mishawaka; a granddaughter, Kalee Ann (Drew) Rademaker, South Bend; a sister, Hope (Lawrence) Fleming, Hartford City; sister-in-law, Leta Alice Morris, Hartford City; several nieces and nephews, including Susan Lannoy and Barb Fuqua, Hartford City and several great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Don and James Morris and sisters, Elaine Lannoy and Phyllis Williams.

Services will be 1 pm Saturday, November 25, 2017 in Waters Funeral Home, 501 W. Washington St. Hartford City with Rev. David Murrell, Sr. presiding. Burial will follow in Brookside Cemetery, Montpelier.

Visitation for family and friends will be from 11 am to 1 pm on Saturday, November 25 in the funeral home.
