LIBERTY, IN—
Irma C. Nuckols, 93, died Sunday afternoon, January 17, 2021 at Whitewater Commons in Liberty, Indiana.
One of nine children of Ralph and Ruby (LeValley) Crawford, she was born near Millgrove, in Blackford County on December 6, 1927 and married Edward E. Nuckols in 1948.

She leaves behind her daughter, Jenny Ridgway; granddaughter, Kristie Ridgway; three grandsons: Greg Griffin, Mike Nuckols and Tom Nuckols; two step-grandsons: Bryan Ridgway & Eric Ridgway; a great-granddaughter, Gracie Griffin; and one sister, Eleanor Jeffers of Goshen, Ind.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband in 2002; her son, John R. Nuckols in 2018, her son-in law, Ron Ridgway in 2015; four brothers: Paul Crawford, Loyd Crawford, Stanley Crawford and Steve Crawford and three sisters: Ruth Kaye, Wanda Luzadder and Billie North.
Private services will be held at Gardens of Memory cemetery, with Brian Waters officiating.
Monetary contributions may be made in her name, to the Hartford City Volunteer Fire Department's Rescue Fund, 315 W. Washington St., Hartford City, IN 47348 or a charity of the donor's choice.
