He was born in Hartford City October 3, 1948 to Joseph and Helen (Douglas) Perry and attended Hartford City High School. Doug was an avid skydiver and pilot and enjoyed motorcycles and his corvette. He was preceded in death by his parents and mother-in-law and father-in-law, Raymond Arbuckle, Jr. and Phyllis Arbuckle. Visitation will be Sunday, November 1 from 3-7 p.m. in Waters Funeral Home and one hour prior to the service on Monday.
