Donna Sue Stephens, 58, passed away July 10, 2018 at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital.

She was born May 28, 1960 to Donald and Helen Jane Maddox and attended Blackford County Schools.

She married Lonnie K Stephens on October 5, 2006.

Surviving in addition to her husband are three children, Dawn (Chet) Myers, Steven (Amanda) Maddox and Jason Maddox (companion, Krista Mills); grandchildren, Taylor, Steven, Cheyanne, Austin, Alexis, Kortney, Traeton, Kizlynn, Canden, Jayce, Waylon and Lyrik and great-grancdhildren, Tyler and Ayvah.

Also surviving are brothers and sisters, Deb (Dave) Wilson, Doris (Gaylord) Barr, Diane (Jeff) Peden, DeWayne Maddox (companion, Karla Hummer), Denise (John) Shrout, Wanda (Jason)Bennett, Brenda (Rick) Walker, Barb Maddox (companion, Zack Mahorney), Charles Maddox (companion, Mary May), Chad Maddox (companion, Deb Baker) and Darin Maddox as well as several aunts and uncles.

The Service to celebrate Donna's life will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, July 16, 2018 in Waters Funeral Home, 501 W. Washington St. Hartford City with Pastor Troy Kaufman officiating. Burial will follow in Hartford City Cemetery.

Friends may call on Monday from noon until the service at 1:00 p.m.
