Carlene Sue Davis, 70, passed away Wednesday morning, November 11, 2015 in the company of family. A life resident of the area, she had worked for Blackford County Hospital and also Peyton's of Bluffton. Visitation for family and friends will be from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. Saturday, November 14, 2015 at Waters Funeral Home, 501 W. Washington St., Hartford City.  A short prayer and committal service will follow the visiting hours with Pastor David M. Fleener of Zion Lutheran Church presiding. Interment will be private.
