Billy K. Lee, 73, passed away September 21, 2018 at his home.

He was born in Albany, Kentucky on October 21, 1944 to Thomas M. and Elizabeth R. (McIver) Lee.

Billy raised his family in Hartford City and worked many years as a bricklayer.

Survivors include his wife and companion of 30 years, Florence; two sons, David Kay Lee (wife, Dixie), Norman, IN, and John A. Lee (wife, Diana), New Palestine, IN; step-children, Linda Darlene Johnson, Lanzell Williams, Gerald Junior Peterson and Rickie Lee Peterson. Also surviving are several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, Thomas Cecil Lee, John Chester Lee and Bobbie Lee and two sisters, Anna Gwen Quinn and Lucille Smith.

Family and friends may call from 4 - 8 p.m. on Thursday, September 27, 2018 in Waters Funeral Home, 501 W. Washington St. Hartford City to celebrate his life. Cremation will follow.
