Faylee Duncan, 92, passed away Monday, January 21, 2019 in Bridgewater Centre, Hartford City.

She was born September 9, 1926 in Hamilton, Ohio to Rudolph and Eunice (Kohler) Seeger. Faylee earned her bachelor's degree from Ohio State University.

A resident of Hartford City since 1954, she was a member of First Presbyterian Church, had served as Elder and was involved in many church activities. She was also a member of the Blackford Hospital Auxiliary and Research Club.

Survivors include two grandsons, Andrew (Nicole) Duncan, Walton, KY and Nathaniel (Amber) Duncan, Columbus, OH; three great-grandchildren, Addilyn, Carter and Kennedy Duncan; one brother, Harvey (Doris) Seeger, Hamilton, OH.

She was preceded in death by two sons, Lawrence in 1997 and Craig; her husband, Forrest in 2012 and a daughter-in-law, Candace in 2012.

A funeral service will be at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, January 27, 2019 in First Presbyterian Church, 117 W. Franklin St., Hartford City with Pastor Susan Finley officiating. Burial will be at Gardens of Memory.

Friends may call Sunday, January 27 at the church from 1:00-3:00 p.m. prior to the service.
